Please find below a copy of Dr. Burtons most recent letter to Ursula Coxhead in which he clearly states all Myodil Myelogram's caused toxic chemical meningitis to some degree which also led to levels of diffuse Adhesive Arachnoiditis.
In 2000 Patrons of the Arachnoiditis Trust complained Epidurals and Myodil cause Arachnoiditis, which prompted a response from the British Journal of Anesthesia.
